  • A. We deal directly the supplier, overhead cost are low and we past the savings on to you.
 
  • Q. How do I order a part?
  • A. Click here and it will bring you to the Bimmerzone Online Catalog System. This system allows you to browse the parts by Year, Make, Model and the various components of your car. If you do know the theYou  OEM Part Number, you can enter it directly into the Part # Search Box in the Catalog page.
 
  • Q. How do I order an accessory (Key Chains /License Plate/Scan Tool)?
  • A. Just browse through our regular pages (not the catalog system). Find the item you like, add to cart and complete checkout. In a few days, your order will be at your door step!
 
  • Q. Do I get one or multiple parts?
  • A. You get ONE part per quantity ordered. All pictures are for illustration purposes only. The pictures are meant to show multiple angles of a certain product, NOT quantity. For example, brake disc are sold as 1 single unit and not a pair. The only instance when there are multiple products is when it is specifically mentioned. (Either set, pair or kit)
 
  • Q. What kind of guarantee do you offer?
  • A. We ensure that each and every product that is shipped is in tip-top condition. In the unlikely event that you do receive a defective product, please sent it back (within 30 days of receipt) to get a refund or exchange. Product must be returned with all original packaging material and Bimmerzone.com must be notified of the return before it arrives. Shipment must be sent via UPS or Postal Service (Please see FULL DETAILS at Returns)
 
  • Q. Do you ship to other countries besides the United States?
  • A. We can ship to Canada, Australia and Europe. Please contact us for special arrangements.
 
  • Q. What type of credit cards do you accept?
  • A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and Paypal. 
 
  • Q. Do you accept any other forms of payments?

  • Q. I received my order, but some items are not in the box and not marked on the packing slip?
  • A. Not a problem, many times, we ship from multiple locations. Your order will be arriving separately shortly. (If you have doubts or questions,  Please contact us  )
 
  • Q. I received my order, but the box appears damaged?
  • A. In this case, do not sign for the package just yet, inspection the package, if everything is in good condition, then sign for the package. If the item was already left at your location, make a note and inform us and the shipping carrier.
