General Returns

We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items.  However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order.   

Within 30 days of receipt of your order (Any defective claims beyond the 30 days, see the Warranty section), you may return products that:

  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
  • Custom or special orders
  • Automotive repair manuals, CD or Paper version
  • Service Reset Tools
  • Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
  • Catalytic Converter
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items not purchased from BimmerZone will not be accepted. 

Items without and RMA# will not be accepted.

If an item (that qualifies for free shipping) is refunded we HAVE TO charge for the shipping of the item. (Unfortunately we have to do this as many have misused the free shipping)

Core Return Notes:

  • All fluids must be drained from the core
  • The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed
  • Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you
  • Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able
  • Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable.
 

Refunds
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. All refunds above $100 are refunded via company check.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please inform us via email within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing your claim.
BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Late Delivery by Carrier
We are NOT responsible for late delivery of the carrier. We will NOT file a claim with any carrier to claim shipping cost due to the lateless of the carrier for any reason.

Warranty
Our suppliers the workmanship of the products sold. All items sold carries a warranty of one (1) year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase to the date of notification. All warranty claims MUST be accompanied with copies of the original and replacement work orders. The work orders MUST show: 1) Date and mileage of original installation, 2) Date and mileage of replacement, 3) Serial/VIN number of the car, Make/Model, and description of defect (the word "defective" is not acceptable).  AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer will be responsible for providing all the necessary paperwork indicated above and shipping charges for the warranty claim, customer is also responsible for shipping charges of the replacement item if the warranty is approved. Warranty returns will be returned to the customer (at the customers expense) if proper documentation is not supplied. Warranty claims applies to that specific defective part and does NOT include consequential damage to any parts.

The customer, purchaser and/or user assume all risks. Bimmerzone is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Some of the products sold by Bimmerzone may be illegal for use on public roads (track use only), please check local laws. The use of the term "BMW" is for reference only, and does not imply any connection between Bimmerzone and BMW A.G.  Munich or BMW North America or any of their affiliates.
